Programs

Cold Lake High School will offer a strong academic core program supplemented by a wide variety of complementary courses.  The complementary courses include a Fine Arts Program with instruction in Art, Drama and Instrumental Music.  In addition to these courses, students can receive instruction in Japanese,  assistance through Learning Strategies and links to Portage College programs through Career Health Pathways.

Career and Technology Studies modules are available in Multi-Media Digital Arts, Information Processing, Communication Technology, Food Studies, Personal Cosmetology, Fashion Studies, Fabrication Studies, Welding, and Career Transitions.  Off-Campus courses include Work Experience and the Registered Apprenticeship Program for Grade 12 students.

NEW COURSE FOR 2012-2013

Cold Lake High School is happy to announce the new option, Personal Cosmetology, can be chosen by students for the coming school year.  This CTS 5 credit program is open to all high school students.  Long hair care, make up application and nail-art are just a few of the topics covered!

Feel free to download offerings for the new school year and make selections.  Please note that options included in the document list are offered when class numbers and student demand warrant.   This decision is made in late April or early May.
